What's wrong with B. Why A is the correct answer since Anyone + Verb-ing is not a present continuous tense

You cannot "dispose ... refrigerators"; you have to dispose OF them. As for why A is correct, that is not the question you should be asking. Remember, SC is about eliminating four incorrect answers, and what's left is the one you go with.

More importantly than ANY of this though, I want to caution you in the strongest possible terms NOT to use this particular source.
