670 with a low verbal - Target schools (EMBA) ?

IR - 7.0/8.0 / QA - 50 / VA - 31 / AWA - 5.5
Work ex - 2 years pharmaceutical industry + 3 years FMCG (US)
Education - M.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

What schools in US should I be targeting so that I have a good admit chance for an Executive program ?

Hi there,

To understand further, may I ask why you are aiming for an EMBA? Most EMBA programs are aimed at those with 8-10 years of experience, and it's common to continue working during the program; many applicants are sponsored by their employers, etc. Thanks for some more info!

I plan on getting an EMBA because -

1. With my current score, targeting a top 10 B school for a fulltime MBA, would be very ambitious at this point of time. Besides, that would mean transitioning from work visa back to students' visa which is a risky proposition.

2. Since this score would be valid for next 5 years, I am planning to apply in 2016 which would give me a total work - ex of 8 years thereby bringing me in the eligibility pool.

3. My work visa is valid until 2019 and so I can work while getting my MBA. Also, my company is ready to sponsor the tuition fee.

You could look at programs like Duke, Kenan-Flagler, Marshall, Olin, Emory Goizeuta.
