no. the key here is to interpret these statements the same way you would in a real-world situation -- just be really careful about reading the words that actually appear on the page.
consider the following two statements:
20% of my friends are married and live in Argentina.--> this is 20% of ALL my friends.
20% of my friends who are married live in Argentina.--> this is 20% of the "married friends" group, not 20% of all my friends.
same thing is going on here -- the opening statement says, "75% of interns get X and do Y". that's like the first example above, and unlike the second one. so, it refers to 75% of all interns.
