(1) The time Rock’s car passed Ron’s car was 10 seconds.
(the interval time when the first point of Rock’s car was equally parallel to the first point of Ron’s car until the last point of Rock’s car passed the first point of Ron’s car).

(2) The length of Rock’s car is 4299 mm.

Do you see any thing wrong there? (except poor language--- I know)

What I meant “anything wrong” was: anything that violates “DS principles”, such as two statements contradict to each other,
or something ridiculous like this:

(2) The animal snores like a pig

yes, it's true that the official problems will all follow a certain format. e.g., the two statements won't contradict each other.

/1/ ALL of the official problems will follow that format,
/2/ that's not of much strategic importance anyway.
