A problem about inference question of CR.

I found the 54th question of OG13, which is an inference question, has a conclusion. The question contains the word " therefore", so I am pretty sure I am right. However, I learned from the MGMAT Forum that inference question doesn't have a conclusion. Is that means what I learned before is wrong?

in that problem, the correct answer follows from the first sentence alone. you don't even need the "therefore" statement, so this is a non-issue.

in this way, that problem is weirdly unique; i've never seen any other CR inference problem on which you don't have to combine at least two statements.
