adjective or noun

7919 is the one - thousandth prime number.

The above sentence is from Verbal strategy guide, page 39. MGMAT says that 7919 is an adjective. But I think it is a noun. Below is the reason why:

Ron is the first member in his family to ...

In the above sentence which is structured similar to the original sentence, Ron is obviously a noun.

Can you identify which strategy guide and which edition you are referring to so we can look up page 39 to tell whether there is actually a typo?
