Hello!
I am applying to some of the top MBA programs in the US. I want to apply within the second application round, since from what I have heard the chances of getting admitted when applying in the third round are pretty slim. Is that true? I think I read that on the Harvard Business School website.
Also, bearing in mind that the second-round deadline is the beginning of January for most programs, would I have more chances in getting admitted if I submitted my application in late November over end of December? Or do all applications of the second round begin getting evaluated after the deadline date (i.e. after the beginning of January)? I am asking because if it makes no difference in my chances, I would like to retake the GMAT before submitting my application.
Thanks,
George
