What is wrong with B. I marked B as answer and it is incorrect. The OA is D. Please advise.

Further, I guess I have fair understanding of rules and concepts and my accuracy rate in SC normally hovers around 80%. However, I took a GMAT CLUB test and scored 2/10 in SC. I am shocked. Please advise its a valid source with valid problems and if I should continue taking its tests.
