Hi,
First of all congrats on a strong GMAT score, which is already above average at Fuqua & right at the average score at Kellogg. Just focusing on the GMAT, you are about 10 points below the average at the other schools you mention, which is not very far off and generally means that the decision will be based on the rest of your application (work experience, essays, academics, recommendations, interview). However you are correct in assuming that your lower GPA is a drawback to your application, and that a higher GMAT score could potentially help balance that some, especially a higher quant score (closer to 80th percentile). So it might be worth another shot in the near future if you feel you can dedicate some more time and study/preparation, focusing a lot on quant. Schools generally take the highest score. And then you'll want to spend a lot of time and effort on your essays to really make the case for why each school and an MBA in general is right for you, including clear goals for the future.
Wishing you the best!
