Hello,
I am interested in applying to MBA Programs in Australia, namely The Melbourne Business School, Australian Business School and Macquarie University Business School. Is anyone able to provide me any insight into:
1. How these schools are viewed by U.S. employers as I intend to return to the United States upon completion.
2. If I already have an undergraduate degree in finance, how useful/challenging will these schools be for me? Particularly the finance courses offered.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with the Australian programs so can't provide specific insights. Much of the information you are looking for however can likely be provided by the schools.
The schools' career services office can likely tell you how many students gained employment in the U.S. and which firms they work for. You can also check out the academic sites for finance syllabi, or ask the school to speak to a current Finance student and get his or her opinion on the rigor of the coursework.
