Bossy Verb Usage

by trepechi Sat Nov 17, 2012 5:18 pm

So the strategy guide tells us to the following for the verb propose - Bossy Verb + THAT + subject + Command Subjunctive

suppose I want to construct a sentence from -

Disbar Gary ! & "Propose "

According to the guide it should be -

I propose that Gary Disbar.

This is incorrect. How am I really supposed to apply this ?

wait, if you have reason to believe your sentence is incorrect, how is it that you cannot figure out how to construct a proper sentence? what do you think is wrong with the sentence you created (other than the fact that "disbar" has no meaning in this intransitive context)?
