E offers two improvements. First, the modifier "in protracted space flights" described the astronauts, rather than the radiation. (While it could be said that "in protracted space flights" modifies the entire list of dangers previously stated, this is not clear.) Second, the ", which is...." is not needed, as we can simply use an adjective. (This is because the verb following the word "which" is just "is.")
