Thanks for your post.
Without knowing any more about you, it is tough to gauge your chances, as admissions will look at your application holistically, analyzing your stats (GMAT/GPA), work experience and extracurriculars.
Because it is an evening program, your work experience is critically important, so hopefully you have had years of solid work experience, and you can illustrate in your application your accomplishments and leadership experiences there.
As for your stats, your GMAT may be a bit below the average, but your GPA is solid. If you can demonstrate that despite your lower GMAT score, that you still have the quantitative aptitude to succeed in the class, by demonstrating this in your resume and recommendation letters, then you should have a shot at acceptance.
