Changed version question

by MdAbuAsad Mon Jul 11, 2016 11:43 am

Hi Ron, hope you're well.

if a and b are integers, is (-3)^3a+b less than 0?
1) a is an even number
2) b is an odd number
The correct answer is C.
In the first looking the correct answer seems C. And the answer is still C. So, I can say it is not "C trap" question. But, my question is: Is the question GMAT standard?
Thanks...

i have no idea what you are trying to ask... but, if the question is from an allowed source, you should just post the original question (in the appropriate folder) and ask about it.

if the question is from a banned source, then, "changed versions" of it are still banned (otherwise there would be no point in banning sources).
