Clarification on problems in the Foundation of Math book

by gregory.yazejian Thu Feb 11, 2010 12:56 pm

Pg. 67 drill set 2 drill 4 problems 3 and 5. The answer explanations provided do not make sense to me. Please reply as they might be wrong in the book.

Thanks for catching the typos. These revisions should make more sense.

p. 67 Set 2 Drill 4, No. 3, the question should be
x^3 - 3x^2 - 28x = 0

p. 67 Set 2 Drill 4, No. 5, the question should be
-3x^3 + 6x^2 + 9x = 0

I hope this makes sense.
