I came across this sentence in Manhattan GMAT SC guide 4th Ed.
The problem belongs to Ch 3 Problem Set.
Tired of practicing, the orchestra decide to walk out on their astonished conductor.
Explantion provided:
Correction: Tired of practicing, the orchestra decides to walk out on their astonished conductor.
I want to understand if we replace decides with a past participle for example 'decided' would we be wrong?
