comma = always non essential modifier?

On Mondays, i walk to store.
I walk to store on mondays.

I frequently walk to the store.
Frequently i walk to the store.

When my car is broken, i walk to the store
I walk to the store when my car is broken

After reading comma and essential/non-essential modifier i started looking modifiers with commas and confused that in above sentence, when modifiers come in front we use comma so does it mean they are non-essential and if they comes in the end they become essential modifier as they are without commas?

please help me to remove my doubt.

I don't think there is anything to do with essential and non-essential modifier in your examples with commas. Try removing any part from those examples, i.e. either the part before the comma or after the comma and see whether the sentence means the same?

Moreover there are many types of modifier those come after the comma, such as Comma + ING modifiers.

so comma doesn't mean whether it is essential or non-essential.
and if it is so how to identify whether it is modifying something or it is coming under category of essential and non essential modifiers.

For non-essential modifiers you need a 'closing comma' i.e. you need 2 commas in a sentence but in your examples there is only one comma.

ex.

Jesus, who lived in Rome, traveled all over the world.

here 'who lived in Rome' is non-essential part and see there are two comma in this example. I believe to the second one we call closing comma.

this distinction is not tested on the gmat exam (i.e., there are no gmat problems that depend on the essential/nonessential modifier distinction), so there's little reason to worry about it in this forum.
