Some sociologists posit that unrest in the workplace is primarily a result of agitation by outsiders and other societal influences. An incident recently occurred at factory X in which the workers went on strike to protest the poor quality of the seats they use while working at the conveyor belt.
Which of the following, if true, provides the strongest support for the sociologists’ theory with respect to factory X?
A. A report on the dangers of non-ergonomic seating that was televised on a national news program.
B. Many of the workers at factory X are well-read and politically active.
C. There are many factories other than factory X in which the same conveyor belts and seating are used, and
there have been no strikes at these factories.
D. Some cases of unrest in the workplace result from worker dissatisfaction.
E. There is no single problem with either the conveyor belt or the seating at factory X that can be said to have caused the workers to strike.
OA:A

I'm confused between A and E and I chose E because since as it is stated in E that "There is no single problem with either the conveyor belt or the seating at factory X that can be said to have caused the workers to strike." which means there must be some other agitation by outsiders and other societal influences which happened to employees and that is why they went on strike.
Please correct me if my logic has flaw.
Thanks
