Creating DS question !

Hi Ron,
May i create any questions like below:

1)
What is the value of root over 100?
Statement 1: whatever the statement
Statement 2: whatever the statement

2)
is root over 100>6?
Statement 1: whatever the statement
Statement 2: whatever the statement

3) is root over 100>n
Statement 1: whatever the statement
Statement 2: whatever the statement

in question stem 1) and 2) we already know the value. but, in question stem 3), the matter is unknown. So, is it possible to make the question (DS) following my 3 questions stem by integrating the statement 1 and statement 2?

you will always NEED at least one of the statements.
the question BY ITSELF won't already have a "sufficient" answer.
