actually, the language of the official problems is maximally clear and concise.
it would literally be impossible to make GMAC's language any more clear.
it's true that the answers are written in dense, formal text—which can be hard to understand if you are accustomed to more informal/conversational English—but they are NOT "unclear" or "vague", EVER.
quite the opposite: the words in the passages/answer choices are VERY carefully chosen, so that the boundaries of the arguments are clear, and so there's no possible confusion about what is relevant or irrelevant.
if this is your impression of the language in GMAC's problems, then you probably just have to get more accustomed to the formality of the text itself.
