data suffiency question

by maridisiddhartha Sun Nov 11, 2012 6:59 am

Is p the youngest among p,q r and s?
1 Not more than 1 person is younger than p
2 there are at least 2 persons older than p
i think the answer cannot be given by both 1 and 2 so it is data insufficient is my answer
1st statement has 0 or 1 person young than p so p may be young if o are there if 1 is there then he may be one of the youngest or equal so we cannot decide.
2nd statement states that there are 2 or 3 persons older than p
so similar to 1st statement we cannot decide.
so answer is 1 and 2 are not sufficient
is it correct explanation by me please help me
