* Deafening Noise...SC

by sd Tue Jul 07, 2009 10:22 pm

The noise at the airport was deafening, which made conversation difficult if not impossible.

(A) ....
(B) The noise at the airport was deafening, and it made conversation
(C) The deafening noise at the airport made conversation
(D) The airport noise was deafening, which made conversation
(E) The noise at the airport was deafening, conversation being.

I got this one right....but what to know reasons behind every wrong answer.
