Disappointment

by oljb007 Tue Dec 22, 2009 2:08 am

took my exam this morning, failed miserably in my opinion but am trying to keep an upbeat positive attitude. CAT tests ranged from 510-630 with my last two tests being a 600 and 580 as i got the timing down. Scored a 500 on GMAT this morning, the real shocker was the verbal, consistently scored 30-32 on every CAT, but on the GMAT got a 23!! and thought I was doing great (tearing up those 300-500 level questiosn let me tell ya) Wasn't terribly anxious or nervous, timing was decent, got a little behind in quant mid way through but was back on par by the end. A guy from my class took the test with me this morning and had exactly the same experience regarding the verbal.

Looking for some study suggestions as I did the homework every week, put in the time, took the CAT tests and quite frankly put in a decent effort but got a goose egg! Do people do the strat guides or just the OG problems?
