Question:
The electronics company has unveiled what it claims to be the world’s smallest network digital camcorder, the length of which is that of a handheld computer, and it weighs less than 11 ounces.

A. to be the world’s smallest network digital camcorder, the length of which is that of a handheld computer, and it weighs
B. to be the smallest network digital camcorder in the world, which is as long as a handheld computer, weighing
C. is the smallest network digital camcorder in the world, which is as long as a handheld computer, and it weighs
D. is the world’s smallest network digital camcorder, which is as long as a handheld computer and weighs
E. is the world’s smallest network digital camcorder, the length of which is that of a handheld computer, weighing

In study hall-January 21, 2010 you said:
X, Y, and Z is a proper list of three things, But X, Y and Z is not a proper list of three things.
From study hall-March 15, 2012:
My question is about Choice A, C, and D.
Option D: This is perfectly fine----I agree with you.
There are two facts of Camcorder.
1) Camcorder is SOMETHING;
2) Camcorder weighs SOMETHING.
It is ok because there is NO COMMA before AND. In this regard your explanation was………..IS (verb) AND WEIGH (verb). Here AND is a SIGNAL WORDS.
Option A and C:
But, in the explanation of A and C:
You have said that The electronics company weighs less than 11 oz (!!)
My question is that “Why have you correlated the “The electronics company with Camcorder”?
It can be a list of Camcorder not the electronics company. Because, there is a COMMA before AND in both option A and C. Here, IT implies Camcorder.
Actually, I am not sure-Is my logic right or wrong?

Thanks.

I'm not entirely clear on what you're asking. (Please ask specific questions. Please DO NOT write voluminous paragraphs followed by "Is my logic correct?".)

In any case--

In context, the observations about the camcorder's (a) length and (b) weight should clearly be parallel structures.
In choices A and C, they aren't; nothing is parallel to "it weighs...".
Thus A and C are wrong.

If parallelism doesn't exist between two things that clearly should be parallel, then ... wrong.
In such situations, there's little point in trying to ascertain which structures (if any) ARE parallel, since we already know that the intended meaning isn't conveyed correctly.
