#7 . How would I solve it using algebra?
X % of Y % of Z , is decreased by Y %. What is the result...

This is how far, I get
xyz/10,000 - 100y/10,000 and then, I get stuck.

y% of z is yz/100
x% of that is xyz/10000

Decreasing that by y% yields (100-y)/100*xyz/10000

Then just simplify.
