Q3.If c,d,e are consecutive integers, what is cde?
Answer is Even - I don't get how can it be even. -1,0,1 can be a series of consecutive integers, in this case the answer is 0, however 1,2,3 can also be a series of consecutive integer and the answer is definitely even
Q5.If n, p, q,and r are consecutive integers, what is their sum?
Similarly for this Q, the answer is Even [same explanation provided]
The counteracting series could be -2,-1,0,1,2 - the sum is 0.
Can someone explain the reasoning provided in the book?
