Help !!!!!

I have been studying and practicing for 5 months now my knowledge of Math has improved dramatically, but i have a big problem, timing. I have taken the practice CAT exam and had to guess on the last 7 questions, this is devastating. Does anyone have any advice on timing, and when to skip a question. It seems that if a question is out of my range i still try to complete it, sometimes even spending up five minutes on a single question...HELP please, I have my exam in three weeks any advice will be much appreciated.
