Help with CR and RC strategy

by ankushhalbe Tue Aug 16, 2011 10:34 am

Hello,

I seem to be getting a lot of CRs (34% accuracy) & RCs (50% accuracy) wrong. Assumption, strengthen, weaken are the worst. I'm thinking of switching my strategy to that of predicting the answer before looking at answer choices. Any insight if that might work. ?

Ive been using T-diagrams as the basic core to split up the argument. With the prediction like strategy my timing is messed up, almost 2.5 mins !!!

Regarding RCs, Im consistently getting inference type Qs wrong. Can you recommend a good strategy to tackle this ? Currently, Im trying to go through that specific detail in the passage before looking at answer choices. That is taking a lot of time, and I'm getting most of these answers wrong anyway..

Appreciate the help

Thanks

AH
