It is written in MGMAT SC GUIDE - IDIOMS STRATGY.
Tech COMPANIES are as likely as the AVERAGE COMPANY to fail.
Is this sentence parallel. Because "TECH COMPANIES" refers to "AVERAGE COMPANY".
