Hi Experts - Consider X Y is the correct idiom

--How parallel do X and Y have to be ?

- If X is a noun, does Y have to be a noun only or can Y be something else (an adjective or a preposition or a clause..) ?
- If X is a clause, does Y HAVE to be a clause only ?

Example# 1 : I consider John wise
- John = noun
- Wise = adjective

Would this be an incorrect usage of Consider X Y given X is a noun whereas Y is an adjective (not noun)

Example # 2 : I consider THAT John will be running good
- THAT John is running[ = clause
- at noon tommorow = adjective

Just continuing from the my earler post

I notice -- i can never have X and Y (in the idiom Consider X Y) as the same grammar type when I try to make up sentences for some reason.

-- If x is a noun, Y has to be an adjective
OR
-- If Y is a noun, X has to be an adjective

I am struggling to make sentences with
- X a noun and Y as a noun [I consider Alex running ? Seems wrong to my ear.
- X as a clause and Y as a adjective [I consider That alex is running good ? Seems wrong to my ear

Here is one example:
Tal’s PRODUCTS are unusual; many consider them unique.

Them is a pronoun that stands in for products, so you could also say: Many consider the products unique.
