idioms and RC

Idioms and RC are my weak points in the Verbal , Idioms because the English is not my first language .
RC not because I don't understand but I don't understand from the first read . So, I couldn't apply the procedures to answer the question because there is no time . when I solve it without timing I got it true !
So what to do ?
