Looking for Ron's section for weaken/strengthen CT

I was reviewing some problems through the Forum and saw a reference to a section given by Ron covering weaken and strengthen CR questions. The poster noted that the section was extremely helpful to him, so I was wondering if it was recorded and accessible to other students. If so, where can I find this recording?
