MATH CAT Exam 3 #12

by sanyu4 Sun Nov 20, 2011 5:44 pm

For III: I thought that since x,y & p are consecutive integers and 'y' is a median then if p is odd, y^2 has to even..so 'x^2 has to be Odd, so xyz=even. So I answered 'D' which was wrong. Please advise, thank you
