Hi

MGMAT SC Guide says that we can split verbs, which have more than one word,such that the first word or words count across all the elements.

Can we do the same with word+non verb also?

eg.
They have a beautiful house and kitchen.
Will beautiful be counted with kitchen also?

In this case, "beautiful" applies to both. If it's only intended to apply to "house", then you'll see "a beautiful house and a kitchen".

These sentences don't really make much sense in the first place. They imply that these people have a kitchen that isn't in their house.
How weird.

2/
You will never, ever, ever need to analyze this level of nuance on an official problem.
