Mixed Drill 4.7 FoV

by ParthJ26 Fri Feb 23, 2018 6:03 am

Dear Instructors,

Hi.

FoV, 6th Edition, Pg 79, Drill 4.7

Label each word a noun, pronoun, etc.

1. wrung

2. diverged

I understand that these 2 verbs are past participle forms of verbs.

Can they be used as adjectives also? For e.g., - Bring the wrung towel.

Thanks in advance.

Sure, they can be used in just the same way as adjectives in some contexts. It looks like you're doing a good job of working through the Foundations of Verbal. However, I'd encourage you to remember that you don't have to master all these terms to do well on GMAT. Make sure that you're practising actual problems as well as learning the fundamentals.
