Navigtion button during CAT(practice test) has disappeared?

While doing first GMAT CAT, after answering first RC question(5th or 6th question from starting), I am not able to find 'NEXT' or 'CONFIRM' button in test window so had to pause the test. Why this? and how to solve?

Hmm, I don't know—I've never heard of that happening before. Call 800.576.GMAT or email gmat@manhattanprep.com to ask for tech support help. If you email, please include a screenshot as well as the email address on your account, so that the tech team can go in to see what's going on.

I never heard back from the first poster as to what happened—can you keep me posted? We haven't heard of other reports of this—I'm wondering whether it's an issue with a specific browser or something like that.

UPDATE: I restarted my laptop but the issue seemed to persist. I then shifted the taskbar to the left fo the screen and suddenly the navigation buttons re-emerged. Not sure whether this was a coincidence, the solution, or the tech support team that acted on it in the background. However, ight be useful to give these steps a try if you encounter something similar.

Thank you for reporting this. Can you also tell me your computer's OS, the browser you were using, and the browser version #? You can typically find the browser version # by clicking on the name of the browser in the upper left of your window and then clicking About (eg, click on Chrome and then click About Chrome).

Update: Our dev team said this can happen sometimes when the browser window is too small or narrow—so something else blocks/obscures the Next and Confirm buttons. (And this is most likely to happen with Reading Comprehension because of the amount of text.)

Resizing the browser window should fix it!
