Need to improve verbal

I am non-native speaker.

This questions is specially for Ron. In the timing strategy study hall Ron mentioned that he has seen improvement in SC from almost 0 to almost 100 percent. I have read the MGMAT SC guide but still I dont see much improvement in my SC scores.

Ron can you please give some suggestions on what I can do to improve my SC. I am not in hurry to appear for GMAT and can spend 6-8 months to improve my SC to 100% level.

I have heard that Doing grammer book can also be a help in improving SC. Do you have any idea about this book.

Apart from SC I have two issues in CR first one is w.r.t timings I spend on average 2.5 mins on CR questions and second one is w.r.t. accuracy. My accuracy is around 55%. I have gone through OG12 all the questions and even analysed them on what went wrong while solving them. But still there is no improvment further Any suggestions on improving CR timings and Accuracy.
Improving accuracy is aim than timing.

One more question will studying the pattern in CR questions on OG and GMAT prep help to do better on GMAT
