it seems you're asking whether you can eliminate this answer choice JUST because the word "only" IS IN IT -- i.e., without even having to think about what the answer choice actually says, or about how it relates to the content of the passage.

...if that's what you are asking, then, no. there's no way to avoid having to THINK (and REASON CRITICALLY about how the choices relate to the passage -- hence the name of this section).
