I came across this question when I was studying. I am pretty sure its not from the GMAT Prep software and definitely not from the official guide. I was kind of curious about the parallelism construction here. Can anyone comment?

No sure how to choose between A B or C. Definitely see why D and E are wrong. Is parallelism what we are looking for here?

The only thing I could think of is "of" as a parallelism marker.
