OG 11 # 124

I eliminated A, B, and E because "should be" sounds awkward.

However, I picked C. The OG's explanation is that C sounds too precise.
Is there another way to look at this? And, is D more parallel to the 2nd part of the sentence than C?

I dont think we can discuss oG questions but anyways ..I'll give this a shot
certainly D is more parallel than is C

Every <year> ..<subj noun> verb ..< obj>. while each < year> < subj noun> .. verb ..obj noun

Remember the 2 main subjects in the that < clause> that needs to be compared are
...( human, buildings ) by similar obj < meteorite>

C also has meaining issues .. will strike one human being is like being very specific and awkward..
