One question about personal statement

Hi, instructors.
After I read the personal statement guide, I am confused about one thing.
Whether I should write a draft of personal statement before I choosed my target school and then modify personal statement based on each school?
Is that a right method or wrong?

Good question; you should brainstorm about many of those aspects (what your past experience has done for you; why you need the MBA; why each school is right for you; why now; and what your short and long term post-MBA goals are). Then you can see what q's are asked by each school and work on drafts with those q's and word limits and such in mind. Good luck and let us know how we can help!
