What is the source for these problems? We need to know the source before we can respond.

Still looking for the original source. It is critical for us to have this information as some of the sources are not allowed on this forum.

it is from Gmat Prep practice exam 5,
I was confused between B and C. Then i picked B because i was not sure what is "Presuming" referring to.
Please explain error in B "whether, If" is it a wrong construction ?

c is the correct answer.
