Part time vs Full time Experience

Hi
In the MBA admissions form, they asked for full time experience. I have 3 years of part time experience, 2 years were totally in Management( Sales, MArketing, Advertising with stellar results and references are available). Will this experience not be counted because it is part time. It would be great if someone can share shed some light and few thoughts and experiences on this.

Hi Krishna,

If the form specifies only full time experience, then only list full time roles there, as that is what schools primarily count. But you can still include part time roles on your resume. The schools will still consider that experience. Also think about writing an optional essay to explain why those roles were part time (unusual circumstances, other commitments, etc.).
