Part-time vs. Full-time

Are the criteria for acceptance at part-time programs easier than that of full-time programs (at the exact same school)?

From the light research I have conducted, most part-time programs don't supply an average GMAT score (or a bottom score). I am mainly interested in top-10 schools that also have part-time programs.

Hi. You ask a really general question so all I can give you is a very general answer...but yes. Competitiveness may vary from school to school, but in general the part time programs have higher percentage acceptance rates.

If you look at the Business Week rankings, (http://www.businessweek.com/bschools/rankings/) and click on the "part-time" tab, then go to your target schools, you'll see acceptance rates, average GMATs, and GMAT range (middle 80%).
