Thanks for writing in. I'm not as familiar with many of the programs you list so it's tough for me to give specific recommendations on your list. The weaknesses I can see in the info you provided is that the schools will want to lump you into the "male, Indian, IT" category. You will want to attack this by highlighting your differentiation points. Since you say your extracurriculars are weak, perhaps there are leadership experiences you have at your job that reveal the potential you have to be a strong performer.
I'd also --as a general rule -- encourage you to add a "backup" school or two into your mix -- if you only look at "dream" and "reach" schools, then you're always applying with the odds against you. Adding schools where you're more competitive from the outset will increase your chances of admission.
