Would you be able to review my brief profile and let me know if I have a chance in NSU, MBS (manchester), Oxford, Cambridge or Lancaster and whether I need to retake GMAT?
GMAT : 650
work experience : 5 years of Transfer agency application support and process consultant for leading UK Bank as a vendor from an Indian IT comany. Have been working in UK (client location) for the past 2.5 years.
Bachelor degree : B.Tech (Production Engineering and Management ) from a top technical insitutue in India
U.G grade - 7.5/10

Hi there,
I believe your GMAT could be a bit of a weakness at Oxford and Cambridge but would be on-target to Lancaster. Given your background from a heavily-represented cohort -- especially one known for high GMAT scores -- you may want to reconsider retaking the exam. Also look for ways to differentiate yourself through your career goals and "why this school?" part of the essays.
