by hanishgarg Tue Oct 09, 2007 1:30 pm

Manhattan Faculty/All.

I have my GMAT date on 10/19. I am really confused as to what to study in these days. Please help.

I have completed following resources

1. 4 MGMAT (600, 710, 640, 700), GMAT Prep1 - 710.
2. 200 Question on 1000 sc and 100 on 1000 CR and have not started the 3000 RC as yet.

Please guide. I have ScoreTop 30 Sets in PDF Format, should i work on those and try to work on 1000 SC, 1000 CR and 3000 RC. I have completed OG 11 , Manhattan SC.

Please guide.

how is 800 Score CAT Tests? Should i spend time giving those full length tests or doing questions from 1000 SC , Sets?

Thanks
Hanish

I am not a fan of 800 score, nor do I like the 1000 sets. They do not adequately mimic the real test.

If you have completed OG11 but don't feel ready for the test, then you have not yet learned everything you can learn from the 800 questions in OG - go back and re-study some of those. You can also add the 600 combined questions in the Quantitative and Verbal supplements.

As much as possible, study from the real thing. Also do some study from the reputable test prep companies because we actually spend a ton of money on R&D to make sure we mimic the real test - and our explanations for how to approach problems are often better than the OG explanations. So use a mix of the two.
