Hi,

I am 24 years, Indian male, with 3 yrs experience in software industry. My Gmat score is 590(v-26,q-46,IR-5,AWA-5).

Would i be able to get admission in one decent B-school with the profile mentioned above.

Hi there,

Hmmm, you'd definitely be looking outside schools ranked in top 50 with that score... I would suggest taking it again. Schools will take the highest score and it's fairly common to take it twice. Good luck!

Hi Aman,

In terms of admissions stats (i.e. average GMAT & TOEFL etc) , you can and should get in touch with the admissions office at schools you are looking into, as well as research online and on their websites etc. It looks like Fordham's average GMAT is 717 on a quick look so that would make it really tough to get in with a 590! As for TOEFL, schools generally look for a certain minimum to ensure you can handle the program in English etc, so I would suggest asking them what they look for.

Best,
Jen
