Hi...I am applying for Sep 2010 intake batch...please evaluate my chances from my profile below :

GMAT Score - 660 (Q49, V31, AWA 5.0)

5 years experience in Telecommunications sector till Sep 2010.
Good professional career graph
International Exposure - Yes

Excellent in extracurricular activities, social activities and sports.

B.Tech (4 Years) in India
GPA - please suggest how to convert % into GPA

Also let me know which colleges I should go for and I have good chances of selection.

I am planning to apply for following colleges. please let me know if my profile fits for these colleges.

Hi, and thank you for your inquiry.

Your overall profile seems good although you didn't provide a lot of detail. For example, with 5 years of work, can you show increasing responsibility? Promotions? Times when you took initiative and drove results? You describe "excellent" extracurriculars but again don't give detail on what that means - are they current? Do you show leadership in those areas?

For the GPA conversion, you'll have to contact each school and find out their preferred method. Your GMAT is somewhat low for your demographic, and I don't know if your GPA is strong enough to offset it since you don't provide your GPA.

Given all of those unknowns, Darden and INSEAD seem like stretch schools, but depending on the detail behind my questions, you could be a reasonable candidate at the other schools.
