I would like to study while my mind is still fresh. I am currently unattached and have no commitments so therefore I feel that this is the best time for me to follow my dreams. According to your answer I'm guess I have 1 either no shot or 2 if I have a shot you don't feel I'm prepared for b-school.

You'll get more out of the MBA experience if you get more work experience. Right now, you are barely out of college. Work for 2 - 3 more years (since you're an engineer), not only for your own sake, but also because your chances go up considerably. Keep in mind that most ex-engineers (emphasis on "ex" - you are barely an engineer to even thinking about being an "ex") have roughly 4 - 6 years experience.
